Today I'm starting the fast again for the 100 time. I've tried over and over but I always let myself get defeated by food. It's not that I'm hungry I just want to eat. I'm glad I found this site it will be good to have support. I hae developed and addiction for food. Any advice on how I can get through it. Also I'm a coffe drinker. I work 4pm till 3am so coffee is part of my nightly routine. How do you break caffiene addiction. I notice when I try not to drink it I get a horrible migraine. My mother says I should wein off it while doing the fast just drink a little then tapper off. I figure I'll do the fast a little longer to make up for the time I was still drinking coffee. Any ideas?
