Causes of my Chronic Symptoms

Hey everyone,
I've been to the doctors various times but I haven't been able to get a diagnosis for my chronic symptoms. I've had my thyroid tested this year, Celiac disease in 2016 (blood test), and tested for H. pylori in 2016. These are all of my symptoms and in parentheses I put the age I was when it started (I'm 18 now).

Since Birth (I was born premature):
-asthma
-frequent ear infections
-frequent thrush
-High resting heart rate

Childhood:
-Half of right hand is hypersensitive (brushing lightly even hurts; 5 yrs)
- Body Odor (5 yrs)
-Itchy, sensitive scalp (5 yrs)
-Allergies (5-6 yrs)
-Frequent cold sores (7 yrs)
-Enamel Erosion (8 yrs)
- Acne (9 yrs)
-Excessive hair growth (10 yrs)
-Frequent sinus infections (10 yrs)
-Excessive sweating (12 yrs)
-Heavy, long, and painful periods (8-9+ day long periods; 12 yrs)
-Lightheaded, fainting, dizziness, blackouts when standing (12 yrs)
-Chronic yeast infections (12 yrs)
-Dry, brittle hair (12 yrs)
-Frequent infected ear cysts (12 years)
-Chronic constipation (13 yrs)
-Gas & bloating (13 yrs)
-Chronic migraines (13 yrs)
-muscle tension & pain (13 years)
-Spontaneous eustachian tube dysfunction (14 yrs)
-Chronic sinusitis (14 yrs)
-Ear pain & itchiness (14 yrs)
-chronic abdominal/stomach/side/pelvic pain (14 yrs)
-Loss of skin pigment in patches (tinea versicolor?; 14 yrs)
-Darkening of skin patches (14 yrs)
-Rib pain (worsened by deep breaths on both sides; 15 yrs)
-Hand cramps (primarily right hand; 15 yrs)
-muscle weakness (15 yrs)
-Hypersomnia (15 years)
-Puffy eyes, dark circles (15 yrs)
-chronic fatigue (15 yrs)
-Chronic UTIs
-chronic nausea (16 yrs)
-Scalp & Pubic Dandruff (16 yrs)
-low carbon dioxide levels (2016)
-low red blood cell count (2016)
-low hematocrit 33.8% (2016)
-high Lymphocyte count (2016)
-Leukocyte esterase in urine

Recent (in the last year/1.5 year):
-lactose intolerance
-Sporadic diarrhea
-Chronic external hemorrhoids
-brain fog
-24/7 bloody mucus draining down throat & nose (sinuses)
-Unintended weight loss
-Chronic lymph node pain & infection
-Spontaneous sensitivity to electronic screens
-little to no appetite
-swollen & bloody uvula (uvula infection?; accompanied by sore throat)
-lips blistered up after eating gluten (10/11/17; was gluten free for two weeks prior)
-Nose bleeds
-Allergic to own tears? (Whenever I cry or my eyes water at all they burn like there's shampoo in them)
-Severe cramps 1-2 weeks before every period
-Severe uterus pain after period ends
-Blood in vomit (could be from the bloody mucus from my sinuses?)
