Effective Folliculitis Treatment

I have suffered from chronic folliculitis (candida?) for over 30 years and have been to dozens of specialists, been on Antibiotics long term, tried many shampoos, etc. I don't want to give anyone false hope but I think I have found an effective and cheap treatment, I don't think its a permanent cure but does work for control.

Accidentally, I found using virgin organic coconut oil applied to my scalp cleared up the postules quite quickly.
