I think i have this too. I get the white or clear granules coming out. I get sore with splinter like thing that comes back if u pick it out. Ive picked them out and tried to look at them. I dont have a microscope but they look like they have a splinter type long tail curved and body looks jellyish. Some look like glass scab with black dot and white spot that gets bigger. I dont know. If i dont figure out how to cure this im going to kill myself. I think about it all the time. They have taken over my life and happiness. Please help me if u can. Thanks joey.
