ahh i think i am experiencing the same type of scattering as you.,.. i started to take cloves and pumpkin seeds daily without cleansing first and i'm worried i made my situation worse.... and now i think i am seeing them in my nose and urine? i dont know but it's super scary and i have no one to talk to or confirm any of it. is there a way that i can contact you? is the regimen you posted here the way that you were able to get rid of all of them? thank you!
