I like your improved way of taking the salty water, as sometimes drinking a Qt. of salty water is overbearing to some, (me) :) !!

On another note to those interested in Salt, I prefer Himalayan Sea Salt
(the original).
However another good salt available at most Health Food Stores is
Celtic Sea Salt . (I think that the grey Celtic is the best of the Celtic Salts,
but that is debatable to some), you have to come to your decision on that one.
