Pregnant with parasites

I had just begun parasite cleansing, realized that I have Tapeworms and round worms, scattered them and then accidentally got pregnant. I am trying very hard not to stress about this, please don’t say anything about how I will pass it to my children. I know. Is there anything I can do? Pumpkin seeds, garlic, papaya seeds is all I have so far. And trying not to stress.
