What are the different parasites and fungi in morgellons and lyme?

I'm having a hard time trying to find out what are the different parasites that co-infect people with morgellons and lyme?

It's wrecked my life, and I need to get rid of them to restart.

I heard of a fungi with flagella like tail that makes it's way around the body like a lava.
