I'm wondering if a sitz bath type of solution would work. Something like diluting 1 part apple cider vinegar in 3 or 4 parts water. An alternate online found is diluting hydrogen peroxide in 3 or 4 parts water. Basically wash daily until it disappears or max for a week or two. Try on-line re-searches for more details.
