Re: Lower Than Normal White Blood Cell Count on Ketogenic Diet and Intermittent Fasting

Sometimes we overload our liver.Sometimes we need to give the liver/blood a break..Great example...A gallon of paint) a gallon of paint to paint your house with is a mixture of liquids and solids and tinting. So you see there has to be a balance there in those ingredients for the paint to be able to do its job, if there's too much liquid in the paint it will not cover, if there's too many solids in the paint, it will not spread, and if there is no tent, there will be no color. We have to find the balance, what you're taking may be perfectly fine but it may be too many solids and overworking the liver, because even something good, too much, can be bad. The only reason I am stating this, is because I have experienced it. So it's worth looking into.
