Blessed Herbs the same?

Okay, so I'm planning on doing a cleanse sometime this year. Right now I'm preggos, so I know I can't do it now or while I'm nursing. My question is about the blessed herbs internal cleansing kit. It basically is for all suystems at once, like skin, liver, gall bladder, etc. It also comes with a 'free' colon cleansing kit.

Would going on this be about the same as the master cleanse?
