Lemonade Cleanse (diet)

Hello, Somewhere on this site, I ran across the recipe for the Lemonade Diet , but now can't find it. :>(...Can somone help me? I want to do a cleanse, and start with the Lemonade Diet , but can not find the reciep..then, do I start teh Cleanse #1 and #2?
