Pilonidal Cyst Help!

I have been suffering from pilonidal cyst infections for 11 years. Humbling myself, finally, I went to the doctor a week ago and he told me I need surgery. I DONT WANT SURGERY! Being a mom with 2 toddlers and a husband who works nights would make it very difficult to lie in bed recovering from surgery. I know there must be a nautral way to cure or combat this. The cyst is located on my tailbone and is not very large but it ruptures about every week.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
