Taking anything beyond moderation, without checking in with your body, could lead to unwanted results. If I had a life threatening disease, I might take more ACV then I do but I only use ACV to get myself back in alignment.

Following anything blindly and not taking a look inside to see if it is right for you is not the way to do anything in my estimation. Living a conscious life, everything we let enter our body through our eyes, ears, mouth, and skin will change us... but consciously we should pay close attention to changes that occur to us to give us a chance to detoxify our bodies of unwanted cchemicals, spirits, etc...... Detoxing gives our body the wrong signals sometimes though... ACV attempts to rid the body of conatinants and contaminants fight back to keep there place in our body..There can be some negative affects from an ACV detox but all in all, I believe ACV is one of the most simple and safe ways to restore my hair, skin, & internal flora to bring it back to a healthy place...but I sure wouldn't go out on a limb and say it is for everyone...

We are all an accumulation of chemicals swimming around in our body and to me, ACV seems to neutralize the acidic chemicals that I have within me. I do not drink acv every day though...only when my body feels the need...when my stomach flora seems a bit off...or I get some mucus backing up... if my hair becomnes dry...if my skin starts to get too oily... Anyway..that is my way of determining if I need ACV. I quit taking ACV when I see the mucus backing off, healthy hair...my tuffy feels better, etc...We all need to beware protocols that may be great for everyone but us...We are the accumulation of so many chemicals that what saves my life may kill you...but I dobt that ACV has ever killed anyone... It would take a strong will to swallow enough ACV to do any harm in my opinion but I guess it could be done...
