Re: Started ACV yesterday - quick question

I started to use ACV(BRAGGS) on Friday. I also had a very bad headache on Saturday. I did notice that my bowel is moving more freely. I am taking 2tsp in 8oz purified water with 100% maple syrup, grade b, twice a day. I have also noticed that my teeth are more sensitive. Any thoughts on the teeth issue? The last drink that I had, I did use a straw as to not get ACV near my teeth. I will try to add cinnamon to my next drink. I am finding that I do like the taset of the drink.
