In theory, blackstrap molasses is known to feed yeast and is allegedly used in the production of yeast. So, I would wait until you have your candida problem under control before you start taking BSM. Lol, I should practice what I preach, I have a candida problem but am trying BSM. What can I say, I like taking risks and enjoy being a guinea pig. I will let others know if this aggravates the yeast problem.
