You can still get well without colonics and liver flushes. These treatments can be hard on the system and fairly severe at a time when you need to build up, not break down. A lower bowel enema is a safer less invasive alternative. coffee enemas flush toxins from the liver, and garlic or nystatin enemas can be very helpful, alternating with acidophilus enemas. I did them myself after being on the Candida program for 3 months and I experienced an uplifting feeling with a surge of renewed energy. I knew it was effective and helpful.
Stick to what you are doing and you will do fine. One of the gals in my Candida Support Group had the worst case of systemic candida I've ever seen. She had medically diagnosed brain lesions and for several months could only eat food that was put through a blender. 1-1/2 years on the Candida program and she had another cat-scan and there were no brain lesion. Lo! She didn't do colonics or Liver Flushes either.
I hope that helps you.
