Die Off?

Ive been treatin candida for a couple months with treelac etc. and ive been using my white tongue as a sign of progress. I recently started taking Nystatin and emptying an extra pill on my tongue and holding it in my mouth. My tongue is showing progress and clearing up but over the last day or so i've felt very weak, have an extreme sensitivity to temperature, my throat has felt congested, i feel like i have a sore throat w/o it being sore and i sorta feel like i have the chills.

Is this Die off? Or could it be involved w/ my thyroid? Or could i just be ill coincidentally?
