What are some stages/indications of getting rid of candida?? Please tell your stories...thanx!!

I appreciate your response. Just to let you know, I have no intention of going off the diet for several months as I know I have systemic candida! LOL!!

Yes, I have seen white stuff in my stool, but not huge quantities. The reason I was asking the question about "when would someone know they are over candida" is that -- people don't seem to be discussing the stages of getting rid of candida. A few days ago I suddenly realized that I haven't been having any yeast reactions for 2 weeks. Prior to that I was having discharges/reactions here and there. Also, I cannot remember the last time I was thinking this clearly -- it has been years!! I think of the times that I thought there was something "seriously" wrong with my brain...like I was going crazy or something!! Anyway....

Regarding the stages/indications of getting rid of candida:
Can you or someone else that has gotten over candida or are in the "ending stages" tell the rest of us what we can expect in terms of progress. I think it would just help to know we are getting closer to the end/or just simply making progress!!
