night sweats

Hi! I'm just wondering if night sweats are an indication of die-off. Yesterday evening, I took four packets of Three-Lacs, along with oxygen drops. After about an hour, I felt so sleepy and weak that I could barely move so I went to bed early. I then woke up 4-5 times throughout the night absolutely dripping with sweat, even though it was definitely NOT very warm in my bedroom. Is this typical?
