If it is really candida overgrowth is going away.
But for your own sake look at your feeling better critically. You will know better. Maybe you are feeling better because all
Sugar is feeding candida and you feel energy: for yourself and candida together. More energy does not 100% candida is diminishing. Maybe yes, but maybe no.
About all that skin. Although I am male but I have candida and my skin beautiful- at least my wife says so. I say it does not necesserally because of raw foods. It might very well be widening estrogen/progesteron/testosterone disbalance and estradiol is a very aggressive steroid and one of their famous benefits is to make skin kind of shiny, beautiful. Estrogen attracts water.
Note about adrenal exaustion. If your naturopath prescribed supporting herbs and recommended adrenal recovery program- it is very good chance it's for real. And if it is- abandoning program all together and jumping on raw bandwagon will NOT solve your problems. Raw foods might probably improve adrenal fatigue in terms of more high quality nutrients but that's about it. Your adrenals need lots of sleep, need stress out, need certain additional help from vitamins/minerals/herbs. I say once adrenals are super- only then you should joyfully jump onto raw foods. Adrenals might a very important tool in the battle with candida overgrowth: when they are fatigued, they can't produce enough many things, but one of them- progesterone and when progesterone is low then estrogens, esp. estradiol shoots up; and when that happens candida says: hail Cezar!
In the end to be sure as much as possible it would be much more convincing to do a mini scientific experiment.
Before going all raw do all candida tests: blood to detect candida antibodies, stoll candida digestive analysis, maybe also organic acid tests.
Then go all raw without any supplements or programs and after few months do every same test with the same lab.
Hey, that would be very very interesting if we could get as many as we can fellow candida suferers and perform this simple uniform experiment. Say, do all same tests all people from the same lab, go 100% 8/1/1 raw for six months, then all same tests again. And compare objectivelly lab results and collective symptoms before and after.
But for me personally, my body says no to all that 80% fruits. I get nervousness, hyperkalemia and become so bloated after esp. grapefruits. And if it's all vegan as well- even more worse.
But whatever works for everyone if it's for real
