Wind is a good sign yes...it means the good microbes are outnumbering the bad. It will lessen as bowel toxicity reduces.

Its not the EM causing the sulphur smell, it depends what you've been eating eg high sulphur foods are eggs, nuts and if they're lying undigested in your gut....the EM is just forcing it out. Take HCL and/or enzymes or extra good salt. I've actually been getting unusually healthy smelling BMs!
