"Cancer is not a Disease"

I have just now noticed that Andreas Moritz has released his latest book, "Cancer is not a Disease", on eBook format, which is to be followed by the book release mid-October. I shall wait for the book release as I tend to find reading online quite irritating; I am wondering, however, if anyone has already read the eBook version and has any comments/thoughts thereon?

I have read a number of articles that promote the theory of the "cancer" being the body's attempt at isolating invading parasites and toxins, thus increasing the individual's longevity. It is a curious thought indeed, that the most feared of all "diseases" could be nothing more than an intrinsic method of self-protection...attempted suspension of bodily necrosis, if you will.

Any thoughts on the above points are of course welcomed; both on the appreciation of Mr Moritz' latest book and on the possibility of the "disease" symptoms being a last attempt at self-preservation.
