Re: Doctors gave me six to eight months to live but I don't believe it after reading all the posts on this forum.
Hi Shirley,
It sounds like you have a great attitude, and a positive outlook is one of the best healers there is. If you really want to go all out in your battle, you should look into the Gerson therapy program. It's a program that emphasizes diet and nutrition to cure cancer, among other diseases. Their website can explain it better than I can. Here is the url:

Most importantly, whichever program you decide to do, if it involves JUICE make sure you get a quality juicer!! Centrifugal juicers simply won't do. You should at least get a Champion juicer, and if you can afford it, get a Norwalk Juicer (www.norwalkjuicers.com). The grinding/pressing type juicer, like the Norwalk, provides the maximum nutrient extraction from veggies and fruits (3-5 times more than the best masticating or centrifugal juicers), and in my opinion is essential for someone trying to fight cancer with raw foods. If you can't afford a Norwalk (which is $2200 new...crazy expensive, but it's built like an industrial machine and will last forever), another option which is probably just as effective but a little more work is to use a Champion to grind the vegetables and a K&K hydraulic press (it's manually operated) to press the ground vegetables. This combo should cost you about $200 for the champion and $350 for the press. I know it's still expensive, but maybe you can find it used....?
Good luck!
