Re:Raw Vegan, Non-Vegan and Non-Raw diets

thanks Tina.

In the beginning I thought that fenugreek and bee pollen supplementation would be enough, as I was gaining back some lb... but as soon as the summer here started to fade and weather became cooler I started dropping weight at high rate once again.

I find al of your suggestions and thoughts very interesting. My first 3 days partially cooked have been OK, no tiredness, just a bit slower after lunch (which I chose to be the cooked food meal).

I still don't know what to do, I want to pack some pound and then decide.

Your children are smart! I have a picky baby. she wouln never ever taste a raw egg. She only eats it scrambled with herbs in it (rosemary and sage). It is her only animal protein source. No salmon here, I must get omega-3 fats from walnut oil.

I want to make a change also b/c I feel pretty out of balance. Sometimes I feel like I am near to have a nervous breakdown. Maybe food has to do with it. It is not B12 deficiency (I have been supplementing), but who knows? Some other lack of nutrients. Organic food is expensive and difficult to obtain where I live.

thanks for the link...I am going to check it right now
