Re: The Miracle of Magnesium
While I'm a big fan of Mg, myself, we can not lose site of the symbiotic nature of vitamins and minerals. It is very possible that you may be deficient in potassium.
I'm not a doctor, so of course, I'm not trying to diagnose your condition, but from information I have read, potassium and magnesium can have a real impact on heart palpitations. You may want to do a bit of research on the topic to see if potassium deficiency may apply to you, and to figure out what dosage you may need to correct it.
My long-term heart palpitations dissipated after I added zinc to my Mg regime. Right now, I'm taking 300mg elemental Mg, and 50mg elemental zinc.
You may want to ensure that you are taking enough of the Mg supplement that you have. Please read my post above about elemental Mg. Perhaps, the original poster will give you more details on how much s/he takes.
Good luck!
