I haven't tried any of his products, but I've been taking jigsaw magnesium for a year. It's a time release that delivers the magnesium throughout the day. For me, I don't get diarrhea like I do with all other magnesium I have tried. So far it's working for me, and I am feeling better than I have in a long time.
