PCB's and Washing Powder

I have been researching cysts this afternoon, and read Hulda Clark 's claim that all cysts contain PCB's from washing powder and various other household cleaners. I have removed all toxic cleaners from use except the tablets I use to wash my clothes, which I am now thinking must be remedied. I noticed that there is a brand named Ecover which specialises in toxin-free cleaners, allegedly using natural ingredients etc., and I am wondering if it is safe to use Ecover washing powder rather than Borax...

Does anyone have any information and/or advice?
