You Guys are scaring me...
I want to get rid of this thing...
It's come back so quicka nd often that my doc thinks its something else causeing this reaction - they want to scope to see what it is...
I want this thing healed, but i also want to be able to run for the rest of my life...
what is a sitz bath?

I am registereedt o run Disney in Jan - all paid for, I don ot want to back out..it was expensive and I want to do it.

I will take the advice of you memebers and go to whole foods today to buy some of the ingredients you suggest
