Who has had the cavitation surgery?

and how was it? Did it heal faster than extractions?
did you notice health improvements?

I need to find a competant cavitation surgeon in Canada, British Columbia or Alberta would be best. Any ideas?
I don't hear of this surgery up here much[Canada].

Any Cavitation surgeons in Washington or Idaho?? - I am close to those too, and thats likely my best bet. Thanks.
