I don't think the clay has a lot of effect on loosening the placque, I think it just makes sure that the toxins that are subsequently released get pulled out rather than reabsorbed.
Sore intestines - you can take a fiber/food break until they feel better, and also, aloe vera juice is very healing. TAke in some oil to keep them moving.
Foot rollers are sold everywhere bath items or health items are sold. I got mine from my health food store but I've seen them in drug stores too.
Feet injuries shouldn't be under-estimated. When your foot is injured, your entire body is injured. Same with a head injury. Feet are so important to everything we do that a foot injury impacts everything. Tendon injuries/slowness to heal indicates general inflammation issues. So definitely look into doing more physical therapy, and emotional release usually goes hand-in-hand with manipulation. :)
