I'm on 26 and is also experiencing receding gums problems - side effects from orthodontics - sigh... Standard symptoms, bleeding gums, sensitive teeth and etc...

So, just wondering if anyone has tried any real stuffs that worked? Found stuffs like Gum Rejuv, OraMD - anyone tried that? Anyone tried that calcium therapy thing?
