Ya know, I just squirt some in the tub. Maybe an ounce of each? I cant take as many baths because they make me sweat and my husband is worried it is making me lose weight. So I am trying to be reasonable about how fast I am detoxing now. All this detoxing has really made me lose weight and it is becoming a problem.
