I don't like that it's turning all hard, it could cause problems to your colon. Consider switching to beet juice, OR get the beet tabs - Dr. Bernard Jensen makes a bottle of beet tabs that are concentrated beet juice.

EVERYone needs to cleanse the liver. It's pretty safe to assume you have stones. :) You can, however, focus on Liver Cleansing with herbs and carrots and lecithin rather than doing flushes. Follow your intuition, let your symptoms be your guide! :)
