Please do NOT use fleet enemas, they are not balanced salt-wise and can really mess you up. If you wish to do enemas, get a good large enema bag or enema bucket setup. I reference a good one in my bowel management notes, and I have notes on how to do an enema successfully.

You also have the option of doing salt water flushes, where you drink very salty warm water, so salty that like ocean water it just passes right through you and washing out your "pipes." ;)
