A quick observation.

I have been mornitoring my morning saliva and urine with litmus paper.

Often the urine comes is at about 5.5 -5.8. This frustrated me because was religious about eating only alaklaine forming foods theday before, and drinking the alklaizing drinks..yet still only 5.5.

My Girlfriend kindly borrowed her universities PH meter for me to experiment with, and I have found a rather large discrepency between the litmus and the ph meter. The electric SENSITIVE ph meter is comming in at around 6.58 when the litmus is showing 5.8 ish. Interesting indeed.

Alklalizing bath last night with ES/Lime came in at around 7.88. My morning lime water clocks in at around 7.5 ph.

Food for thought, and encouraging to see the limus strips are conservative.
