It is a challenge. However you only drink the 16 oz. of olive oil the first day. The other six days you just take two CKLS at bed time and stick to a raw fruits and veggies diet. You can drink lemon juice to help keep the oil down and you don't lay down after you drink it or it will come up. It's really hard, I could only drink 5oz. and I still cleansed a lot.
