Hi All- Fellow Fibroid Sufferer

Hi all, I'm Raine.
I've had uterine fibroids for the last 15 years (that I've been aware of). I was first told about them when pregnant with my son at age 17. They though I was preg. with twins. When they said the same when preg. with my daughter 2 years later, I knew better.
I honestly did not realize that the heavy bleeding and clotting was from the fibroids until reading this forum!
While the uterine fibroids are a pain (literally), I find I suffer more from the breast fibroids that developed about 6 years ago.
I've also found that my sex drive has absolutely withered away. Something needs to be done! Of course, when everything that makes me a woman causes pain, it's hard to feel sexy!
I'm definitely looking for ways to reduce/eliminate fibroids and their symptoms. Also, I need to get my hormones whipped back into shape.
Please share any wisdom and tried and true hints.
