Re: Come To The Light

I would rather be for something than against something. Fanatical Anti-Christ-ians who could mustard up enough energy to create that site to me are just as bad as fanatical christians who want to beat everyone over the head with a Bible( A Bible which has hundreds of errors and who knows how many politially correct corrections?). I think Biblical Christianity is fine, if you read scripture and use Jesus' guiding principles, to decipher what is inside: Start with loving a loving God( A God who is unconditional love) with all of your body, soul, & mind and you have a guiding light for your life that is love; loving your neighbor(not just your next door neighbor but even your neighbor in Iraq, Israel, etc..) as yourself and it will make the journey though this life an easier ride and help one figure out what is important in this life; if you go along those two scriptures and you can follow along with another scripture where Jesus declares, "we are all gods" then you can see that we are all really just playing along together in this life & death game. The whole point of the Christianity game should be to start doing Jesus' guiding principles while you are here. Even though the world is doing everything it can to separate us from Jesus' guiding principles, in the end, we will just return to starting gate and maybe try again? In the grand illusion that is time, time will seem to end to those who watch us die but on the other side, I am certain of one thing; we will all meet each other and laugh about the illusions we believed in for a while. Why do we have to be against anyone or anything but rather why can't we we all be for some grand design of love that will survive death?

Just throwing some thoughts out and seeing what grabs you or seems against the grain? What do you think?
