#2304..Question for you!

I studied Feingold 25 years ago, but it's all a blurr now.
I did feel at the time he had a good thing going. But as I
remember, his diet was so strict. It was almost un-do-able
for the average person.

Getting off of Sugar is the hardest thing for me. You said
you did it and it changed your health. Did you struggle with
giving it up...or was it easy for you? Do you mind sharing
just how you finally accomplished it? Thanks, kathryn
