I had the gag reflex whe they ran out of Perfect Food caps and I had to switch to powder. I mixed it with frozen berries and oj and it was great!

I don't know if that works for the flavor of the Super Seed. I think my friend takes his with peanut butter. I'll ask.

Are you Super Seed fans also on Primal Defense?

I find that Primal Defense and eating greens keeps me plenty regular.
