Thanks for your .02, Tracey. :o) I actually HATE cold water so I never drink it. I always have to have it at room temperature. That's probably not warm enough to induce peristalsis, huh?

And since I probably am dehydrated, thanks for letting me know that it may take up to three weeks to FULLY hydrated myself. I get very impatient and frustrated if I don't start to see results and have no idea why. So you just saved me from pulling my hair out of my head. :o) For that, I will be forever grateful to you.
