Is the silver pulser a blood cleanser/super zapper?

Ive been thinking lately that the silver pulser might be doing more than just cleansing the blood...
I have read a couple posts where people have been cured of hiv and other diseases by simply wearing the silver pulser for 8 hours or more a day and never using a mag pulser.

With zappers researchers say that a lower frequency can have deeper penetration/harmonics and higher voltage makes them even more effective....

which is the reason don croft's terminatorII(15hz) is more effective than the clark zapper.

Now the beck pulser is 4hz and 27-33 volts,....wouldnt that make it a super zapper and even better than the t2?
or am I missing something here?
