i found out that i have candida i order the threelac i want to know if you can take two packets at once. can you also take vitamins with it i bought yeast and Sugar free vitamins from a health store. i only have one more? is there any bad side effects with this. i know there is the die off.i am a person who is really nervous about taking things because i had a bad effect when i took some Antibiotics . any info will really help me thank you.
