Interesting sofia. I have had three scenarios as as you (or is that erik?) have had where I had the ability to cross over while keeping consciousness. Each successive time I have dropped attachments.

It is true this all requires no effort. NO-effort or No- Thing is the key, effort is heavy and ties you down. This happens when all effort ceases.
