Re:Ladylove question ...please?
When I first started drinking ozonated water, I would try and do so throughout the day, between meals. But I found that cumbersome and now I basically just drink all my ozone water when I first get up in the morning before any breakfast. It's just easier for me that way. And I drink about 2
quarts at a time (which I wouldn't recommend to a beginner - you have to work up to it).
But on a few occations when I've had some later in the day, it's at the very least 2 hours and preferably more after a meal. Also, it has to do with what you ate and how much. If you had a huge lunch liken to that of Thanksgiving dinner, then even 4 hours might not cut it. If you ate a light breakfast of fruit and a half cup of yogurt, then 2 hours would be plenty of time.
Just use common sense. The idea is that you want to make sure your food is completely out of the stomach and well on it's way down your intestines so the ozonated water doesn't start trying to oxidize food instead of getting absorbed like you want it to.
