Re: Dietery advice while on the colonix programme
Hi:
What is your digestive trouble? Does it mean that your bowels are very slow to move or not at all? Do you have abdominal cramps?
As for parasites, they may lurk in many places in the gut and in muscles, organs and tissues, even in your eyes and brain, yuk, I know! It takes more than enemas to get rid of them. Do the
Hulda Clark parasite cleanse often. Surprise, there are hundreds of different types that have been found in people right here in North America. We usually have more than one type at a time! Yuk again. :-)
When nothing shows up in the first
Liver Cleanses that does not mean that there is nothing there. Sometimes it takes one or two cleanses to pry the blockage loose enough to expell the stones.
Originally I did 3 cleanses without any visible results. When I increased the olive oil in stages to 12
oz. I got results. I had to do 72 flushes and gallons of olive oil before the stones finally stopped coming. I am still not finished because now I get that old brown cholesterol mess coming through. I started out with a fatty liver I dind't know I had. I found out researching through the net what I was passing in my flushes.
Lemons, by the way, are alkaline when consuming, eventhough one may think that they are acid. It all depends on the reaction that things have in the body. I go through 2 lemons daily in my herbal teas, or just with water and stevia, a very safe and healthy sweetener from a health store. Vitamin C is an extremely powerful detoxifier, I take lots of that to take the edge of my chronic, severe headache.
Sauerkraut tastes like pickles, without the crunch. :-) Vegetable
juicing is excellent for digestion. If you want to be kind to your gut cut the carbs to a bare minimum, coffee is deadly; it destroys your very important vitamins.
I have about one pint of organic self-made kefir daily. There are lists on the net about acid/alkaline foods if you do a search. Green vegetables are always alkaline. I have now started on eating all my vegetables raw and I buy as much organic as I can. Not all veges are available organic.
And I am still doing my daily coffe enemas and a sulphur free molasses one morning and late afternoon. After the molasses enema there is always a lot of activity in my gut. I think that that is a very good sign.
Because of my daily enemas, and of course I take 3 P&B shakes daily, I have not had a natural bowel movement for close to a year. That is not a problem. The Max Gerson Cancer Therapy insists on several
coffee enemas daily to help the liver detox. This may go on for as long as two years according to Gerson. Today I got a 1 1/2 foot rope and much old stuff out, after 3 months of ropes.
I don't do probiotic enemas and I don't take any prob. supplements either. I have started to make lots of sauerkraut and fermented vegetables so that I can eat about a pint a day. I know all this takes a lot of time, but I'll do anything to avoid Cancer, Alzheimers, MS, Arthritis, Diabetes, etc. etc. You may search under 'fermented vegetables' on the net. The sauerkraut and fermented veges are not hard to make.
I am 68 and retired, I'll keep on my health routine until I have taken ALL the garbage out completely. Let me know if you have any more questions. Good luck, Giz.
