Pain in neck when eat wheat

I hope this message finds you well. I've been traveling a lot for my job in the past few months!

I noticed this last night, after eating some travel food that had wheat in it. This happens sometimes for me. About two hours after I eat wheat, I'll turn my head in a normal way and get this sudden sharp pain in my vertibre area. It usually happens only once, but it is very obvious that it is linked with eating wheat. (which I usually don't eat, but sometimes when traveling I am pressed to be a litle flexible).

Do you know what causes this?
