Andreas, Spleen?

Have you ever heard of the left sided chest pain I've referred to in my last post as being related to spleen enlargement? If so, is there any simple way of diagnosing this, and if confirmed, how is it treated?

11 flushes completed so far and still persistent brain fog, fatigue, weakness, chest pain, stiff neck etc etc. Would you not expect a reduction / resolution of symptoms by now?
