Are you sleeping now without them? I am having major sleep issues I just don't sleep I have actually been takin 1/2 a lorazapam and 1/2 an ambien to sleep the last few weeks. I am having trouble with anxiety which has never happened to me before. It has been a living hell. What has been your experience?
